You are solely responsible for all filings, mailings, emails, and service of documents. 2. Responsibility to File and Serve You agree that it is entirely your responsibility to submit any and all documents prepared on your behalf. This includes filing with the court, sending by email or trackable mail, and serving other parties if required. You should upload any documents you receive from the court or opposing party as soon as possible to ensure timely preparation of any responses. 3. Document Turnaround Time You understand that document preparation may take up to seven (7) business days from the time all necessary information and uploads are received. You are responsible for building this timeframe into your filing schedule and acting promptly. 4. No Guarantee of Outcome Purchasing a document does not guarantee any particular result. If your case changes — for example, an uncontested divorce becomes contested — you are not entitled to a refund. You may need to purchase additional services to proceed appropriately. 5. Responsibility to Understand the Content You agree to watch all included video instructions in full and read any explanatory materials provided. These resources are critical to helping you understand how to complete and file your documents properly. 6. No Refunds for Changed Circumstances If your case type changes or the opposing party fails to cooperate (e.g., refuses to sign an agreement), you acknowledge that is not the responsibility of this service. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and you may be required to purchase additional documents or services. There will be no refunds for cancelled video conferences, however, you may reschedule. 7. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use All videos, templates, and instructional content provided are the sole intellectual property of the firm. You may not copy, share, reproduce, upload, publish, or adapt any content on any platform, public or private. This includes but is not limited to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or websites. Use of the attorney’s likeness, voice, image, or branding without written permission is strictly prohibited.
